RESIDENT STUDENTSLiving in Castle Point, Palmer,Humphrey's, or Jonas Hall:1. Please enter campus through the 9thStreet entrance at the corner of 9thand Hudson Streets. Please refer to theenclosed welcome letter foryour specific check-in time. Living in Davis Hall or River Terrace:1. Please enter campus through 5thStreet at the corner of 5th and RiverStreets. Stevens Email In preparation for your arrival on campus, the IT department is finalizing the upgrade of email for all students to Microsoft Office 365. Later this month when we make the switch, you will have the benefit of being able to share your calendar with your peers and professors or schedule meetings with your advisor. More details will be provided via email in the next few weeks.

The Peer Leader ProgramAboutThe Peer Leaders (PL’s) are currentundergraduate students who arecommitted to supporting new studentsas they transition to college and embodya unique sense of pride for the Stevenscommunity. PL’s provide mentorshipand guidance to first-year studentsduring Orientation and throughout thefall semester. Each first year studentwill be given a PL and PL group, whichwill be assigned by academic major.Students will be notified of their PeerLeader and hear from them in August.

How does the program work?The Peer Leader Program has two maincomponents: orientation and the fallsemester. OrientationDuring orientation first year studentswill meet regularly with their PL andtheir group to check-in and attendevents, workshops, and various programstogether. Your PL will be accessible toanswer any questions and help you feelwelcome to the Stevens community. Fall SemesterStudents will meet monthly with their PLgroups during the fall semester to stayconnected and receive guidance duringtheir transition on topics from gettinginvolved to registering for spring classes.

Complete your Student Health and Immunization Record!• Your Student Health and Immunization Record form must be submitted 30days prior to the start of classes. Please make surethat your proof of meningitis A,C,W-135, Y vaccination is submitted prior toreceiving a room key if you are planning to reside in Stevens-owned orleased housing.

• More information on the modules will be sent to your Stevens email.• Both modules must be completed by August 21, 2019.

• Read the novel before arriving for orientation in order to engage in faculty-facilitatedconversations that will be held with your orientation groups!
