NYS Grand Finals &

Convention

October 5 & 6, 2019

Welcome to the NYS Grand Finals and Convention The New York State Rabbit & Cavy Breeder’s Association would liketo welcome you to our annual Grand Finals and Convention. This is an

exciting time, here in New York.

Taking place in beautiful Syracuse, Upstate New York this show capitalizes on the wonders of autumn in our incredible state. The weather is cool, crisp, and perfect for rabbits. Also, it’s easily located off the major highways with plenty of hotels, dining, and things to do.

We have a great banquet where we give out the sweepstakesawards for our NYS Show Circuit, great food, and time to catch up with old friends.

In addition, later in the catalog, you will see our youth events. These are a great way for youth to practice for ARBA convention, honetheir skills, and see if they have an interest in rabbits beyond just showing and raising. Kaitlyn Smith has worked very hard to put these events together, and in previous years they are incredibly popular.

This year, we will be using the cattle barn at the fairgroundsonce again. This is a massive building, with plenty of space for people, tables, their rabbits, vendors, and other events. Feel free to bring your chairs, and signs.

This show only happens each year because of the volunteers who give up their precious and limited time. We are proud of what we’ve accomplished here in New York. We hope you’ll join us, and see what we have to offer at our local state convention. We’re a short drive for all of the northeast. As always, we’ll take any volunteers we can get! Please contact Debbie Vecchio at [email protected] ifyou’d like to help!Best Wishes, NYR&CBA
