TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. All bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit.
2. Deposit of £10.00 per person (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking for Christmas party nights, festive lunches and Boxing Day and £25.00 per person for Christmas Day. A deposit of £50.00 per person (non-refundable) is required for the resident package and New Year’s Eve event. Accommodation bookings must be confirmed with a credit card.
3. Full Balance for bookings must be paid by 31st October 2019 when menu pre-orders for your entire party, are also required. For bookings made after this date full payment must be paid at time of booking.
4. For private or sole use of a function room the maximum capacity of each suite would need to be booked as a minimum numbers for each peak night. For off peak minimum numbers will be agreed individually by Hotel.
5. Payment of your deposit confirms that you accept our terms and conditions.
6. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or services.
7. No party bookings may be charged to account unless a credit facility is established prior to the event.
8. Large groups may be split over two or more tables. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers.
9. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will not be permitted on the premises.
10. Details are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
11. Party organisers are asked to inform everyone in their party of these terms and conditions.
12. Please note that the Hotel cannot guarantee that any products on the Christmas and New Year menus are totally free from nuts of derivatives and that fish products are free from all bones.
