Children Worship & Wonder Sunday, August 18, was Children Worship & Wonder (CWW) Sunday in morning worship. Worship was patterned around what our children experience each week in CWW, including the story (“The Good Shepherd and the Lord’s Supper” told by Diana Thomas) with time for questions and wondering. We sang CWW songs and adults & children alike had time to respond to the story through words, art, play-doh, and more. Children collected the offering and served communion, which was the Feast that our children experience each Sunday in CWW, featuring animal crackers and apple juice. Thanks to Diana Thomas and Carly Dickinson for coordinating this special service! If you are interested in serving as a storyteller or greeter this year in CWW, please contact Carly Dickinson.
