ConventionsThe annual NLA lumber conventions continue to be the highlight of the Association calendar and 2019 will be no different. Offering a unique blend of fun, education, extensive exhibit space, and networking opportunities, these events allow attendees to interact and connect with experts and primary principles within the building material industry on multiple levels. Youll find that our theme, Racing to Connect, succinctly describes the aim of each of our conventions. Come see for yourself! Follow the directions below to get registered for the show nearest you. Youre in for a full-throttle experience!

Registration InstructionsThere are details for three different shows within this registration brochure. Each section is color-coded and the registration page for each show is at the end of its respective section. You may choose to use the enclosed form to register or go to our online portal to register. (Online registration not available for booth workers please use the enclosed form.)

1. Register using the printable paper forms enclosed. MAKE SURE TO KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.a. If youre a retail lumber dealer, spouse, guest, etc., make sure to use the DEALER AND GUEST side of the

form. If youre an exhibitor and want to register the staff at your booth, make sure to use the BOOTH WORKER side of the form. If you need to register more people, simply make copies of the form.

b. Make sure to carefully indicate which event each individual is attending at the show.c. Make sure to write legibly! Badges can be reprinted onsite, but it saves time if we can read the writing

and get the badge right the first time.d. Send the form in to NLA:

ADMISSION POLICYThe NLA conventions are designed specifically

for the retail segment of the lumber and building material industry. LBM professionals (dealers & suppliers), educators, students, architects,

contractors, and members of affiliated organizations are invited to attend. This event is not open to the general public. Everyone must have a badge and pay the appropriate fees to

attend events within the convention.

REGISTER BY THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A $50 CASH PRIZE!All registrations received in the NLA office by the dates listed above will be placed in a drawing to win

$50! Drawings will take place after each show - early entries that do not show up at the convention will be disqualified.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations for badges, meals, or seminar tickets must be received in the NLA office no later than 7 days before the start of each convention in order to receive a refund, as we have to submit meal count and room set-up guarantees to the facility at that time. Cancellations received after this date or no-shows will not receive a refund.
