Welcome The Bozeman Dressage Society would like to extend a warm welcome and thank you to all our new and returning exhibitors to the 4th Annual Dressage Under the Big Sky. Our inaugural shows were a great success in 2016, and we are looking forward to spending another great weekend with you this year. Dressage under the Big Sky I & II will run over the course of two days. Starting at 8am, the court will take several short breaks and one lunch break, and end by 5pm. Exhibitors are then free to enjoy the local shopping, cuisine, and nightlife of Livingston. During the show days there will be limited concessions available at the volunteer booth. Please join us Saturday evening, at 6:30pm, in the food pavilion for Summit Distribution’s BBQ/Potluck and social. The meat entrees and accompaniments are provided; we ask that everyone else bring a salad, side or dessert. BYOB. There is a fridge in the food pavilion to keep items cool and an Albertsons grocery in Livingston. A silent auction will be held during the weekend beginning Saturday morning and ending at 1pm on Sunday. The silent auction is a fund-raiser for the Bozeman Dressage Society. You will find the silent auction table located adjacent at the vendor stalls. Please peruse the items and bid often! Finally, if you are in need of a hotel room, please consider staying with our official hotel in Livingston, the Yellowstone Pioneer Lodge. Exhibitors receive a 20% on the standard room rate and free hot breakfast. You may contact them at (406) 222-6110, and tell them you are showing at Heart K Land & Cattle Co. Thank you for participating in Dressage under the Big Sky. It has taken countless volunteer hours to put the show together. We are already working on the 2020 show. Feedback is most welcomed, and we would love to hear what we can do to continue to improve the show. Please feel welcome to email us constructive criticism and ideas at [email protected] Good luck everyone and have a great show! -Bozeman Dressage Society
