The City of Windsor Activity Guide is Windsor’s primary information source for leisure activity. For persons interested in swimming, skating, crafts, dance, or fitness, arts and culture, the Guide provides times, places and dates for programs organized by the Recreation Department. Our studies show that the Activity Guide is kept in the home for a minimum of three months to a maximum of five months. Our regular clients—and there are thousands of them throughout the city—indicate that the Activity Guide is their primary information source for recreation. We estimate that each guide is read by at least three people.
