The Arizona Department of Housing (the “Department”) is authorized under A.R.S.§ 41-3953(C)(15) to accept gifts, grants, matching monies or direct payments from public or private agencies or private persons and enterprises for the conduct of the work of the agency. To avoid any perceived or potential conflict of interest, the Department will not accept sponsorship monies from any agencies, persons or enterprises who are currently receiving or are expected to seek financing, grants, or other direct benefits from the Department or who directly engage in providing business services to the Department for compensation. Parties who fall within the foregoing categories are eligible to participate as exhibitors in the Forum Marketplace.

The Marketplace is at the hub of our conference. It’s a place to showcase your services, products or initiatives while you network and connect with affordable housing advocates, architects, lending industry representatives, construction companies and housing developers, and for profit and nonprofit housing organizations.

Shipping & Receiving Guidelines

A package Handling Charge of $5.00 per box will be assessed and added to your account. All packages stored for more than three days prior to the event will incur a $3.00 Storage Fee to be added to your account, over and above the handling charge.

Any outgoing packages are assessed, and a Package Handling Fee of $5.00 per box (if pre-packaged and labeled) will be added to your account. Any outgoing packages that are boxed and labeled by The Scott will be assessed a fee of $10.00 per box and will be added to your account. For your convenience and safety, all deliveries made on your behalf to the conference center shall be made through the loading and unloading area. The price quoted is the Handling Fee Charge, Shipping Charges are assessed after weight and destination have been determined.

Shipping/Receiving hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Arrangements must be made directly with The Scott with regards to your packages.

Print Services

The Scott does not provide a full service business center, but may accommodate small print jobs. Major print jobs should be completed off-site.

All print service fees will be added to your account.
