April SORTA Boardmee�ng

The March Board of Trusteesmee�ng for the SouthwestOhio Regional TransitAuthority will be held on

Fare Deal ChangesBeginning in April, Metro will implement changes to its Fare Dealprogram in order to be�er serve customers, making the programeasier to use and more convenient.

Changes to the program include:

Fare Deal cards with a new design and extended eligibility Fare Deal cards for customers 65 and older and those with a

permanent disability will be valid for five years, while all otherFare Deal cards will be valid for up to three years. Currently, FareDeal customers must renew their cards every two years.

New Fare Deal applica�on site downtown

Applica�ons can be submi�ed and ID photos taken at Metro's downtown SalesOffice beginning in April on the second and third Tuesday of each month from 7a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon.Applica�ons will con�nue to be accepted at the Silverton Fare Deal office, 7000Montgomery Road, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to noonand from 1 to 4 p.m. The Silverton office is served by Rt. 4 (Kenwood or Blue Ash)and Rt. 90 Metro*Plus.

New op�ons for Fare Deal cardholders to purchase monthly Fare Deal s�ckers

Beginning April 15, monthly s�ckers will be available for purchase by mail, withchecks made payable to SORTA and mailed to 1801 Transpark Dr., Cincinna�, OH45229, or by phone at 513-632-7591. Those looking to purchase the s�ckers inperson can s�ll do so at the Sales Office or at Metro's Silverton Fare Deal office.
