The B SCIENCE hdrOzon, sterilization device
can be safely used to sterilize all types of heat and
moisture sensitive medical instruments, plastics, lumen
materials, long lumen materials, electromechanical
instruments and surgical instruments and single and
multichannel, flexible endoscopes.
It can be used safely for the sterilization of long and
complex endoscopes, as well as for the sterilization of
multi-channel flexible lumen endoscopes with 4 channels
and 4.5 meters length. Sterilization effect up to Ø2mm,
length 15 meters.
B SCIENCE hdrOzon sterilization device, the
world's first, low-temperature (37 C - 45 C range) double-
sterilized, [Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) and Ozone (O3)]
heavy molecule and hydronium using cold plasma
sterilization system developed by TEKNOMAR
B SCIENCE hdrOzon sterilization devise is
working under vacuum. This device has no lumen,
diameter, length disadvantage and limitations as in other
hydrogen peroxide sterilization devices. In the sterilization of complex lumens, hdrOzon is much
more effective than H2O2 plasma sterilization. In
addition to the chemical reaction sterilization in the
device, the formation of hydroxyl radicals and plasma
activity are very high. It does not cause corrosion and
residues in sterilized products.
hdrOzon Hydrogen Peroxide Ozone Plasma Sterilization Materials are ready to use with
technological design and applications without needing extra ventilation. There is no harmful
waste, the last chemicals formed are water vapor and oxygen. Therefore, it provides safe
sterilization as well as safe use for personnel and the environment.
The device uses 60% Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) solution and Medical Oxygen for safe and
unrestricted sterilization. In this way, with the intelligent program design, the ozone and
hydrogen peroxide effects are used low dose for effective sterilization.

In sterilization safety, the B SCIENCE hdrOzon
sterilization device uses a fixed programmed sterilization cycle
that eliminates the possible user error predicted.
There is no need to classify the materials to be sterilized and
to select the appropriate cycle and program as in the case of
prior art devices. Mixed loading can be done.
The device's ability to operate mixed loads maximizes device
efficiency, safe sterilization cycles, and reduces labor cost by
minimizing the amount of material classification to be sterilized.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF hdrOzon STERILIZATION TECHNIQUE
Packaging properties: non-cellulose, synthetic materials such as polypropylene or tyvec; fabric,
cellulose and liquid sterilization is not suitable for this sterilization method.
Advantages of hdrOzon Technique in Sterilization
In the new hdrOzon technique and technology, not only the use of hydroxyl but also the
use of heavy molecules.

Materials that absorb hydrogen peroxide, cause catalytic degradation of hydrogen peroxide,
react with hydrogen peroxide materials such as organic sulfides, silver.
No suitable sterilization method for cellulose, fabrics and liquids,
