Hi! I’m Will I'm a car mad, motorcycle riding, camera waving,
motorsport following, beauty loving, coffee drinking,
adventurous and generally fun loving kinda guy. I believe
that life is too short and moments should be cherished,
opportunities taken and that you can make good on almost
any situation if you really want to (except being stuck in
traffic, I can't stand that!). I love observing the world around
me and am fascinated by everything in it, man made and
natural.
Photographing weddings is one of my favourite things to do,
it’s an amazing privilege to be trusted to capture your
forever memories and a responsibility I don’t take lightly. On
the day though I’m as relaxed as they come and do my best
to blend into the background, capturing you and your guests
at your most natural
I like to tell stories with my photographs, your story! Your
wedding day will be unique to you and it’s my job to capture
that faithfully, providing you with beautiful memories to look
back on for years to come! So please don’t hesitate to get in

The Package
- A meeting to discuss your wedding and what you need from me. I’d be
delighted to welcome you into my home or meet at a place that’s convenient
for all of us.
- Full days coverage, from bridal prep all the way through until a couple of songs
after the first dance, to capture some of the party as it really gets going! I’m not
constrained by time either (within reason), even the best planned weddings
over-run, but I will work with you to capture all of the details.
- Two photographers! Myself and another professional from a small pool that I
use. This is often an added extra, but I feel it’s vital to give your day the
coverage it deserves
- All of the beautifully edited photographs presented to you on a presentation
USB device. Typically, between 800 and 1200 photos
- Personal online gallery, password protected for you and friends and family to
access your photos and download them freely as many times as you like
- Travel up to an hour from my location in Oxfordshire. I’m always delighted to
travel further afield and cover elopements (I’ve been as far as Spain for my
work), but I would need cover for my expenses
- Editing finished within 4 weeks, but I’ll always drop a few sneaky peeks through
to keep you up to date and whet your appetite!!

Optional Extras
- Engagement Shoot – an opportunity to have a play and get some nice photos for
invites or a signing board, a popular choice for those that are less comfortable
in-front of the camera! - £150
- Fine Art Albums – I can provide fabulous quality albums should you wish and
can show you examples. These are wonderful documents that will stand the test
of time, not cheaply printed photo books – prices from £350
- Fine Art Prints – stunning quality printed on gorgeous fine art photo rag, gallery
level prints that will not fade – From £20
- Videography – whilst this isn’t something I do myself, I can recommend a fab
videographer, should that be something you are interested in.
All of these items are entirely up to you though, I’m a photographer not a
salesman and my priority is providing you with gorgeous photographic
memories to last you a life time

Booking
I always think it’s great to meet in person so that we know we are the right
fit for each other, then once you are happy the contract, booking form and
payment is all done via email! Simple! I ask for a 25% retainer to secure the
booking and then the rest is sorted out the week before your wedding.
I’ll be in touch throughout the build up and am here to answer any questions
right up to and after the day, if you’ve any concerns or worries or something
changes then don’t hesitate to drop me a line.
