We consider, reflect and search
We consider where we buy and from whom – and who can produce it best.
We reflect on the production conditions, on the product and on how much the grower/producer receives in payment. What is a fair price?
Does the food come from the other end of the world? We search to see if there is something suitable that is produced locally and in a traditional manner.
When is the right time of year? Old cultivar or new breeding?Let the apple wizen, the banana shrink and the cucumber lose its shape.
Our range of products remains manageable so that we are able to offer the best possible quality at a reasonable price.
