Current Status of the US Pork Industry. Dr. Chris Hostetler of the National Pork Board will discuss whole-herd mortality rates and how the Pork Checkoff is helping producers. He will give an update on Pork Checkoff activities. “Food Evolution” Documentary. This pro-science documentary moderated by Neil deGrasse Tyson separates fear-based hype from science and presents a factual view of the controversy surrounding genetically modified food. Film runs 90-minutes & starts promptly.

Calcium Management for Wisconsin Soils. Covers the importance of balancing soil pH and presents Wisconsin field trial data on using gypsum and calcium sulfite.

Biodiesel: A Farmer Success Story. Biodiesel and what it means to soybean farmers in 2018.
