2018 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REPORT
University City Economic Development ReportThis report highlights public and private development
projects in Charloe’s University City Municipal Service

our district and businesses.
“The University City submarket has become one of the strongest in Charloe throughout the last few years, and we’re pleased to see connued regional investment.” - Patrick Gildea, Execuve Vice President with CBRE Charloe Capital Markets
