Getting Startedfor over 20 years, Magnolia’s has provided Macomb, illinois and surrounding area with quality, affordable catering for all kinds of events. We look forward to learning more about your event and working with you to create a unique experience and menu that your guests will never forget!

Secure Your Date

Please call our catering office at 309-833-2725 to see if our space is available for your specific date. We will give you a courtesy hold for 7 days. Once you have selected Magnolia’s, you must fill out a room agreement with our office. Any deposits must be paid at that time and will secure your room and services. additional deposit info is located in the room agreement!

event PreParation

Once booked, we will give you the tools to create the perfect event. Whether a wedding, luncheon, backyard barbeque, or a business dinner; we can help you make your dream event a reality. every event preparation begins with a general meeting. We will provide you a basic outline and list of questions to answer prior to our meeting. these questions will cover room layouts, food service, bar service, audio/visual, off-premise rental needs, and entertainment services.

Decor Selection

We offer a variety of centerpieces at no charge or a small rental fee. you can add your own touch to our many available styles (damage or glued items will result in a surcharge). Please let our office know if you would like to see examples. Linen samples are also available. Candles are welcomed but glitter/confetti will be an additional cleaning fee.

Billing

all payments are due at the close of the event unless direct bill accounts have been set up with our office prior to the event. Sales tax exempt must be provided prior to the event.

absolutely! We have a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and nut free options that can be combined for a full menu. Please keep in mind that while we are happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions, we are, for example, gluten-friendly but cannot always assure a completely glu-ten-free kitchen.
