Spring Program We’re on our way to a Jungle exploration! The stu-dents in PreK—8 have been busy preparing a delightful program of music that will get you ready for an expedi-tion into the depths of the jungle. Monkeys, a tiger, elephants, a zebra and talking animals will keep you entertained while we explore the wonders of this beautiful, rainy, humid, lush green area of God’s Crea-tion. Join us at 6:30pm on May 9th for this year’s Spring Program!
Culture Week The theme this year for our annual Culture Week was the Olympics. Stu-dents were divided into teams and were given a color. From there they had to come up with a team name and compete in various competitions all week like “Door Decorating” and “Javelin (Pool Noodle) Throw”. The White Tigers, pictured above and coached by Mrs. Gibson, took 1st place honors after all events were tallied. 2nd place honors went to the Red Flames, coached by Mrs. Carlton, and in 3rd place, the Grey Tornados, led by Mrs. Wentworth. It was a fun K-8 activity and the students did a great job working together and supporting each other!
School Safety We dismiss the students each day starting at 2:50 p.m. from the back door of the school. For the children’s safety, we ask that no one parks in the parking lot on the west side of the school or drives through to the parking lot exit from 2:45 p.m. until all the students have been picked up each day. Thank you for your help keeping our kids safe!

Annual Diocesan Appeal Have you made a pledge for the 2018 Annual Diocesan Appeal? There is still time. A gift to the ADA, large or small, can go a long way. Consider a one-time gift or a monthly pledge for six months. There are envelopes in the rear center pews or at the front doors. Every dol-lar raised to make our goal supports important dioce-san ministries, and every dollar raised over our goal will be kept in the parish to help our 365 Youth Group. To date, we have received 220 gifts/pledges totaling $40,764 towards our goal of $49,060. To those who have pledged, thank you!
