우리 원양어선의 불법조업(IUU)관행을 근절하기 위해 해외수역에서 조업중인 모든 원양어선의 위치정보를 위성통신을 이용하여

실시간 모니터링 함으로써 조업이 제한된 해역구에서 조업을 하는 행위 등을 실시간으로 감시하고, 관리하는 시스템이다. 우리나

라는 2013년 미국과 EU에 의해 예비불법어업국으로 지정 되었으나 해당 시스템 도입으로 2015년 4월 예비불법 조업국가에서

해제되었다.

In order to eradicate illegal unreported unregulated fishing (IUU) of Korean pelagic fishing vessels, this system monitors and controls all

fishing operations in regulated water zone in real-time basis by real-time monitoring of location information of all pelagic fishing vessels

by using satellite communication. Korea was classified as preliminary illegal unreported unregulated fishing country in 2013 by U.S.A

and E.U, but it was released from the preliminary illegal unreported unregulated fishing country in April 2015 by adopting this system.

어선 해상조난상황 발생 시 어선과 어선원의 신속한 구조를 위해 구명조끼에 위성을 이용한 위치추적 단말기(PLB)를 부착하여

최초 조난지점으로부터 조류에 의해 변동되는 조난자의 위치를 실시간 추적 모니터링 하는 시스템으로서 구조기관에 정확한 위치

정보를 제공하는 시스템이다.

When fishing vessel encounters maritime distress circumstance, for immediate rescue of vessel and crews, this system utilizes satellite

and Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) on life jackets for real time tracking and monitoring of victims' location, which may be changed by

current from the initial distressed location, providing accurate location information to rescue organizations.

전자조업보고시스템ㅣe-Fisheries Reporting System

한-러 어업협정에 따라 러시아 수역에서 조업하는 어선에 대한 관리 규정이 강화되어 입/출역 보고와 일일 조업실적 보고 및

위치보고를 전용단말기를 통해 어선에서 직접 조업보고 하도록 규정하고 있다. ShipDIS ER101 시스템은 일반 위성통신 대비 약

70% 요금절감이 가능한 INMARSAT-D 서비스를 이용하여 개발되었다.

Under the Korean Russian Fisheries Agreement, the control regulation for the fishing vessels operating in Russian zone has been

tightened so it is required for fishing vessels to report entering into and leaving from the zone, daily fishing performance and location

through their own terminal by individual fishing vessel directly. ShipDIS ER101 system has been developed by using INMARSAT-D

service, which is available to save cost by approx. 70% comparing to common satellite communication.

선박위치 식별장치 (INMARSAT-C/D, VHF-DSC, AIS 등)를 통해 발신된 선박의 위치정보가 웹 또는 전용 모니터링 시스템을 통

해 전자해도 화면에 표시되어 운항정보 검색 및 위치추적 등을 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템으로서 별도의 서버를 구축할 필요가

없으며 월 사용료 만으로 간단하게 사용할 수 있다.

This system displays Vessel Positional Information transmitted through vessel position identification device (INMARSAT-C/D, VHF-DSC,

AIS, etc) on electronic navigation chart via web or own monitoring system, so that navigation information and location tracking can be

monitored without additional server. This service can be used by paying monthly fee.

VTS (차량위치추적시스템)ㅣVehicle Tracking System

시스템에 등록된 차량의 현재 위치 정보 및 운행거리, 행적 등을 VTS 관제센터에서 확인 할 수 있다. 차량의 운행금지구역 및

이탈 지역 등을 설정할 수 있으며 상황발생 시 실시간 경고를 발생한다. 군차량 및 특수차량, 택배 및 장거리 운송 차량 등에 적용

할 수 있으며 위험상황을 모니터링 할 수 있다.

A vehicle tracking system provides data such as current location information, driven distance or route of vehicle registered in this

system at VTS control center. It can set 'no driving zone' and 'out-zone' of vehicle and it gives real-time alarm in emergency case. It

can be used in military vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, door-to-door delivery truck and long distance truck. It can monitor dangerous

circumstance.

LRIT 적합성테스트ㅣLRIT Application Service Provider of Korea

SOLAS 협약 제5장 19-1 규정에 따라 장거리위치추적제도(LRIT,Long-Range Identification and Tracking)가 시행됨에 따라 2009

년 1월 1일부터 총톤수 300 GT 이상 선박은 의무적으로 LRIT 규정에 따라 적합성 인증을 받아야 한다. 당사는 2009년 1월 해양

수산부로 부터 ASP(Application Service Provider)로 지정 받아 LRIT 장비의 적합성 테스트를 시행하고 있다.

Under the regulation 19-1, chapter 5 in SOLAS agreement related to LRIT(Long-Range Identification and Tracking), from 1st Jan

2009, the vessel which gross tonnage is 300GT or more shall be subject to compatibility certificate according to LRIT(Long-Range

Identification and Tracking) regulation. We were appointed as an ASP (Application Service Provider) from Korean government (the

Ministry of Ocean and Fisheries) and have conducted compatibility test of LRIT equipment.

This system can install inter-vessel network using existing power cable. Therefore, for the networking of aged vessel in which no
