It is stated in the AUSTRALIAN SAFETY STANDARDS (AS/NZS 4422 1996) that for free fall height up to and including 600mm, surfacing may be used without impact attenuation being tested. Materials such as well maintained grass, mulch and naturally occurring sand would be appropriate.

Our entry level model is perfect for small spaces. Featuring two levels, an abacus panel, a steering wheel fence panel and a telescope. This free standing design can be later extended using a slide or extra deck section. It can also be relocated to another part of the playground area without too much difficulty.

WBM12 TODDLERS TUNNEL GYM



A variation on our tunnel theme using a smaller connected play area. This features 2 hook-on ramps, a slide and an abacus panel. Like all of our Toddlers ‘On Ground’ range the layout is very flexible defined by its environment. Fibreglass slide.

The two tunnels give this system an almost “maze-like” quality. The WBM14 has three separate play areas. The first area has an abacus panel, steering wheel and hook on ramp. The second features a fibreglass slide, and the final stage includes its own steering wheel panel and hook on ramp. This playground can be modified very simply to fit in different locations without losing any of its play power. Fibreglass slide.

WarrantyPeppertown products and equipment are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal and proper usage for 12 months from date of purchase, vandalism excluded. Plastic and fibreglass components carry a warranty against cracking or breaking for up to 12 months from date of purchase with normal wear and tear. Our timber is guaranteed against insect and bacteria decay for a period of 10 years. Although timber used is of high grade we do not guarantee against inherent characteristics which include wane, checks, cracks, stains, bows or twists. .Peppertown warranty becomes void if any Peppertown authorised parts are substituted with copies or imitations.The Peppertown warranty becomes void if any part of the play system has been subject to misuse, or if the instructions for its installation have been disregarded or altered. The Peppertown warranty becomes void if the play system has not been paid for at the contracted price as agreed at the time of purchase.

Peppertown liability is strictly limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the components warranted. Notification of returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Terms are Prepaid, unless an account has been negotiated Past due accounts are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month until paid. This is an annual rate of 18%. Products must be returned to Peppertown at the customer's expense to effect warranty replacement.

Prices quoted are FOB Brisbane price list, as nominated on the price list. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders received but held at client's request for more than 30 days will be subject to price increases and storage costs. Peppertown is released from all responsibility for loss or damage in transit by the bill of lading, which is our receipt from the carrier that the shipment was complete and in good condition. This bill of lading is forwarded to you at the time of shipment and should be checked carefully when the shipment is received. Be certain to have the agent of the delivering carrier make a notation on your freight bill of any shortages or damage.

Approval for returned items must be made in advance. The purchaser must within 7 days of the discovery of defective equipment give written advice to Peppertown describing accurately the nature of the problem. Any items returned for the customers convenience must be sent freight pre-paid, be received in respectable condition, and are subject to a 10% restocking charge.Installation directions on all units will be sent to the customer on request. We reserve the right to change specifications, installation directions and designs when appropriate. .

Peppertown do not guarantee powder coating or paintwork from chipping, flaking or fading. Peppertown do not guarantee plastic play components against fading. This warranty supersedes any other warranty so given by any persons stated or implied.
