Screen printing

Screen printing is ideal for multiple solid colour printing.Solid colours including metalic inks are available using the pantone matching system. This hand-craft branding technique is conducted in-house by our dedicated print team spanning more than 20 years experience in the industry.

Lead time: 5 days

Transfer

Transfer printing is the perfect solution to achieve full colour printing including 4 colour process and photographic imagery. The main advantage with this technique is that more complex designs can be achieved in a short lead time. The transfer is applied to the bag using a heat press system.

Lead time: 14 days

BrandingAuto screen printing

Automated screen print process used for 1 colour printing. Solid colours including metalic inks are available using the pantone matching system. The autoprint machine comissioned by Nexus, ensures large volumes or bags can be branded in-house on very short leadtimes. Lead time: 5 days
