Dear Community Partners,

We cordially invite you to participate as a 2017 Community Sponsor Partner of the

2nd Annual Teal 5K Run/ Fun Walk™ on Sunday, September 24, at Vista View

Park in Davie, FL. This event offers participants a family-friendly fun-filled day. A totally

flat new race course with no hills. We anticipate over 600 + participants.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this event is to celebrate the National Ovarian &

Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, to honor South Florida’s cancer survivors and

fighters who have been touched by these diseases, and to raise much-needed funds for

Education, Awareness Outreach, and Survivors Support Services. Also to spread

awareness to the general public about the warning signs and symptoms of Gynecologic

Cancer and its relations to HPV.

Your Sponsorship and/or In-Kind Gift will help assure the Teal 5K Run/ Fun Walk™

success and empower the mission to ensure that no female faces gynecologic cancer

alone. Funds received from sponsorships help offset the cost to host this event (to

purchase t-shirts for registered race participants, awards, complimentary drinks,

breakfast, snacks etc., for each race participants).

Kindah™ Foundation, Inc is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Our mission is “To

promote early detection and prevention of Ovarian and Cervical Cancer through

awareness, education, and survivors support services”. Contributions to the organization
