Washburn Rural High School Artists Selected to Exhibit in Prestigious 2017 Scholastic Art Exhibition

Congratulations to the following 15 students for having their artwork accepted into the 2017 Regional Scholastic Art Show in Wichita. The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards is the nation's longest-running, most prestigious educational initiative supporting student achievement in

the visual and literary arts. Washburn Rural High School had 37 works selected from over 2100 entries which will be exhibited this year. The exhibit opens Friday, January 27th and will close on March 5th. Winners

will be honored at the award ceremony held at the Mark Arts in Wichita on Sunday, March 5th.
