2017 RETAIL VENDOR APPLICATION

PLEASE NOTE: AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A BOOTH SPACE. Application will not be considered without photos and complete description of products, photos of booth display, and copy of Texas Sales and Use Tax ID. Upon acceptance, space will be assigned by availability and category. Photos will remain the property of San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc. and will not be returned. Samples of proposed items are acceptable; however, they will not be returned to vendor. These items will become property of San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc. A written response indicating acceptance or decline of the application will be sent to all candidates. Should your application be accepted a letter of confirmation, basic rules, and license agreement will be sent to you.

Product Guidelines

The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo reserves the right to reject certain products and displays. Items and displays that are unacceptable may include, but are not limited to the following: Any item that includes offensive language, the sale ordisplay of guns or ammunition, tobacco products, tattoos, body piercing, live animals, reptiles and fish, selfie-sticks, drones, food items that compete with our concessionaire, amusement/mechanical type rides, or displays used for political messaging and raffles. The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo reserves the right to deem products unacceptable at any time during the application process or while vendor is on the event grounds. Unacceptable items must be removed from the exhibit space on demand and vendor may be expelled from the property.

All companies who sell a product in the state of Texas are required to have a Texas Sales and Use Tax Number. To obtain this permit, contact the State Comptroller’s office at 1-800-252-5555 or visit: comptroller.texas.gov/taxpermit.

Location and Pricing Retail vendors will be placed outside. Pricing starts at $150.00 for one 10’x10’ space, plus $25.00 for each adjacent 10’x10’ space. (I.e. 20’x20 = $225.00) Please specify your requested booth size and total amount owed below.

The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo requires that your products remain within your primary exhibit category. Violations could result in immediate termination of your license agreement and forfeiture of your rental fee.
