The Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) is privileged to have the finest organizations supporting the work of rehabilitation, health, and human services for its conference. Using sponsorship circles, the association is able to honor and recognize these supporting organizations. Within each sponsorship circle, specific events and items such as meals, receptions, speaker support, conference tote bags, at-tendee materials, etc. are available, providing additional “naming recognition” for those interested. Advertising OpportunitiesWith your ad appearing in the online conference brochure and the mobile app combined, you will generate awareness for your organization cost-effectively and to your target audience: managers and decision-makers in the health and human services industry. Conference participants refer constantly to the brochure and the mobile app to help facilitate and enhance their conference experience. CANCELLATION POLICY

• RCPA will refund all exhibit monies paid, less a $100 processing fee, for cancellations received on or before September 1, 2017. No refunds are made for cancellations after September 1, 2017.
• No cancellations of advertisements are accepted after the deadline of June 9, 2017. Advertising orders received after June 9, 2017 will not be included.
