BaseZONE® & EnviroZONE® Field Wall Padding

BaseZONE® Field Wall Pads are a popular option featuring 18 oz. high UV protected vinyl covering, 3” high density polyurethane foam padding and 3/4” engineered moisture resistant sheathing panel. BaseZONE® wall pads provide an affordable safety solution and can be installed on concrete / wood walls or chain link fences.

EnviroZONE® Field Wall Padding is an environmentally friendly and moisture resistant option designed with exceptional durability andperformance. EnviroZONE® employs a high quality engineered moisture resistant sheathing panel. This durable alternative to standard plywood has a smaller environmental impact and is manufactured us-ing all parts of the tree. The impressive energy management capabil-ity of EnviroZONE® is derived from the fully recyclable thermoplastic, expanded bead polyethylene foam (EPE). The EPE significantly im-proves the system’s impact / energy management as compared to industry standard polyurethanes, yet provides a similar feel, import-ant to athletes who anticipate the impact and “play the bounce.”

Light Pole & Column PaddingPole and column padding protects athletes from dangerous collisions with structures such as light poles, scoreboards beams, and netting posts. Our padding is covered in 19 oz. heavy coated vinyl laminated polyester fabric and fully encases the column with hook and loop closures. Available in round, hexagonal, or square models. Custom digital graphics available!

Chain Link Top Rail & Post PaddingThese double stitched sewn pads are designed to cover dangerous vertical and horizontal posts without covering the grated fence, providing safety for the athletes without hindering the spectator’s ability to view the game. Chain link rail padding is made of 3” high-impact foam cores covered with EcoGUARD® 18 oz. UV resistant vinyl and are attached with cable ties through grommets. The top rail pad can also be used on concrete or wooden walls.

Guard Rail PaddingStandard and hi-profile guard rail pads are manufactured using 1” high-impact foam cores, which provide for a low pad profile. They are covered with EcoGUARD® 18 oz. UV resistant vinyl and are attached with cable ties through grommets. Guard rail pads are made to fit 1 ½” to 2” diameter rails. The standard model is a rounded pad, the hi-profile model is a square pad capable of having graphics or advertising applied to the field facing side.

sStormGuard® Break-Away Ball Safety Netting Systems

StormGuard® is the first and only ball safety netting system in the industry designed and engineered to release the net before pole and/or hardware failure due to ex-treme winds or weather, such as ice and snow. This patented feature utilizes a shear pin device attached to the net at the top of each pole. When winds exceed ~70 mph, the pin will trigger the smaller drop shaft to release from a cylindrical steel weight, causing the net to fall to the ground. Once the storm passes, the shear pin can be replaced and the netting can be raised back into position. All StormGuard® Ball Safety Systems utilize a tensioned vertical cabling system, which is attached to each pole keeping the net taut to the pole and allows for convenient installation and removal of the net. Our standard net is a #36 gauge, twisted and knotted black nylon with a 1 ¾” square mesh and has a sewn rope binding on the perimeter edges. Stamped and sealed engineer drawings with calculations are available for this product. This includes structural design details with concrete anchoring foundations based on your local building codes and soil conditions. StormGuard® Ball Safety Systems are professionally pre-engineered to meet the ASCE 7-05 wind rating up to 90 mph.

JumpZONE® Field Event Landing Systems Our landing systems are manufactured using 19 oz. heavy coated vinyl polyester exterior that has a high tear and tensile strength. The “honeycomb” polyurethane foam core consists of several layers and offers the most durable construction available. Long / Triple Jump Sand Pit CoversPromats® Long and Triple Jump Sand Pit Covers help contain your sand and prevent debris and other contaminants from entering the pit when not in use. Custom reinforced aluminum covers can be manufactured and supplied for any size landing pit, and may be designed to rest on an existing / reinstalled ledge, or may be uniquely designed to self-support in the absence of a ledge. All covers are manufactured with a 1/2” recess to receive synthetic track surfacing, or can be manufactured to be “flush,” upon request. Promats® also offers the more economical vinyl/mesh covers, which are designed with a perimeter weighting system. A variety of standard colors are and custom graphics are available, upon request.

Batting TunnelsPromats Athletics offers cantilever, overhead, and tension baseball and softball batting tunnels. All are constructed of heavy duty rolled aluminum tube with a net offset to help minimize the safety risks associated with baseball and softball ricochet. All standard batting tunnels come with a black #36 nylon 1 ¾” square mesh net with entrance/exit, block pulley system, corresponding ground sleeves and caps, and net extension arms to ensure the net remains taut and secured to the ground. About Our Football Goal PostsThe Advantage XI AdjustRight Football Goal Post line offers the best of all worlds. All goal posts are designed with an easy to use feature that corrects out of plumb uprights. To address the needs of multi-use sports fields, Promats Athletics offers a rotating goal post for fields shared by soccer and football. The post’s rotating feature allows the user to move the uprights away from a shared endzone preventing possible game-changing ball deflection during soccer matches. The ultimate solution for multi-use fields is the Advantage XI Rotating and Hinged Football Goal Post, which is designed to both rotate and can be lowered and removed from a field using a built-in hydraulic hinge.

Advantage XI® football goal posts are heavy duty, all aluminum single support with 6’ or 8’ offset goose neck designs. All models are available with the following options:
