New York Times best-selling author Nora Roberts is a proud member of the Montgomery Blair High School class of 1968. Since 1991, a Nora Roberts or JD Robb title placed on various New York Times best-seller lists in 1,095 weeks - just over 21 years. For 211 of those weeks, her books sat at number one. To date, there are more than 500 million Nora Roberts or JD Robb books in print in 34 countries. In May of 2018, St. Martin’s Press will release Shelter in Place, Nora’s 226th full-length book. Dark in Death, the 46th book in the ongoing series written under Nora’s JD Robb pseudonym, debuted in February. Eleven books have been adapted for television movies on Lifetime Television and CBS. Nora and her husband live in Washington County where they own a bookstore, a fitness center, a small hotel, a pizza restaurant and artisan gift shop in historic Boonsboro.
