DelawareDivisionofPublicHealth§ Everyfoodvendorwhocookswithagenerator,electricalhook-uporpropane
shallhave5lb.multipurposeABCorBCfireextinguisherreadilyavailable.Anyuse of a fryer will require a Type “K” Extinguisher in addition to the ABCExtinguisher.
§ Fireextinguishersmustbeinspectedandtagged,withinthepastyear,byaFireEquipmentCompanyregisteredintheStateofDelaware.
§ If a portable generator is used, no more than 10 gallons of fuel in anUnderwritersLaboratory(UL)approvedsafetycontainer,shallbestoredatthevendorsspace.
§ Propanecylindersshallbestoredinanuprightandsecuredposition§ Exitdoorandaislesinthetentsshallbeunobstructedtothevendorsatalltimes.§ Noopenflamessuchascandles,lanterns,keroseneorgasfiredheatersand
cookingequipmentarepermittednearorundercombustiblematerials(i.e.,canopies)
