Where is MDOT using it?

The software has been used on major projects in 2014 & 2015.

I-75 Monroe, I-96 Livonia, etc.

All projects in Detroit TSC

The special provision is included in all trunkline contracts as for FY:17

How do I get access?

Prime Contractor

The project office delivering the contract sets up the project and assigns it to the prime contractor / prime approver

Subcontractor

The prime contractor will setup other project companies to submit certified payrolls and prevailing wage documents

How do I get access?

Company name should read the same as prequalification website

Show 10-digit phone number purely numeric

Contact name and email is your existing payroll person

Company information must be maintained

If you already have an account you do not need to complete this again

What do I need to do before submitting a payroll? If this is your first LCPtracker project you need to setup an eSignature

in the system.

Set up tab > Edit/Reset eSignature

Each project requires a fringe benefit statement prior to certification

eDocuments > upload documents

Contractors paying fringes as cash need to upload document stating that

Apprentice/OJT

eDocuments > upload documents

Need to identify craft and program level

Why can’t I see my job?

The projects tab shows all active assignments. If your project isn’t here you need a new assignment

How do I get payroll into LCPtracker?

Manual entry Requires the setup of employees before payroll can be entered.

Existing Interface Some payroll companies have existing interfaces with

LCPtracker. Inquire with your payroll company.

Direct Payroll Interface LCPtracker can create an interface for your existing system

I got a notice – What is it telling me?

The hourly rates multiplied by the number of hours is mathematically inconsistent

A worker was posted at more than 40 regular hours in a week May have other uncertified records (payroll records > edit uncertified records)
