TAKEOUTS

• The 2017 results show how dominant supermarkets have become in many of the categories that mums shop – food, clothing, health & beauty and baby products

• Price is now key for mums with over a third of respondents saying they are more cautious about spending since the Brexit vote

• 76% of mums have said their weekly supermarket shop has become more expensive year on year, which may account for the rise in popularity of low cost supermarkets in our survey
