ANDREA POLATOS

Andrea Polatos stands at the forefront of the Bombardier Business Aircraft Transformation. Andrea began her career over 20 years ago, in the transportation sector managing strategic accounts for Canadian Pacific Railway, enabling the movement of critical goods in intermodal containers across the network of rail in North America. Andrea joined Bombardier Aerospace in 1999 to work on their ERP implementations. Assuming various roles during her time in IT, Andrea rose through the ranks of management. Starting out as a project team member amongst an IT organization of about 700 people, Andrea grew to take on more and more responsibility, resulting in her becoming a key member of the Information Technology Leadership team reporting to the Chief Information Office. Following a major restructuring and decentralization of the Bombardier Aerospace Division, Andrea’s career path ultimately brought her to lead all of Information Technology for Bombardier Business Aircraft. Since December 2015 Andrea is leading the Transformation for Bombardier Business Aircraft and holds the important position of Senior Director, Transformation. This transformation impacts the entire organization and is targeted to achieve significant revenue and cost savings against which her and her team are committed to delivering. Andrea has an MBA from the John Molson School of Business.
