Career StatementI retired May of 2014 after 14 plus years as a customer service representative working with Government and Big business accounts. My past related experience in the customer service, administrative assistant and emergency communications has allowed me to become knowledgeable in many areas. Work in communications, education, telecommunications, computers, social work areas have utilized my ability to organize, outline, implement and problem-solve projects.
