Regardless, key note speaker, Jen Levy (University of North Carolina Head Coach) and Nike Lacrosse were kind enough to make available to all Coach Levy’s PowerPoint presentation. If you are an adult and are interested in umpiring at the youth or high school level, come on out! Classroom Training: Six hours of classroom training are required and you have two choices!

pm both nights Field Training: In addition to the classroom clinic, all new officials are required to complete 3 to 4 hours of on-field training, which will occur at the OGLA JV Jamboree on Saturday, March 12th. 2016 OGYLA/OGLA Spring Guide Junior Umpires Needed: The Oregon Womens' Lacrosse Umpire Association is making its annual call out to all high school girls lacrosse players who are interested in umpiring youth girls lacrosse games with the OGYLA. To alert OWLUA that you are interested umpiring, send an email to owlua.umpires@gmail.com and someone from OWLUA will be in touch. For more information, visit www.owlua.com *Junior umpires must be at least current freshman and freshman are only allowed to officiate U-8 and U-10 games.

Camps and Clinics January 30th: Linfield Spring Refresher (Youth and HS) Join Linfield Head Coach, Kat Enders for a great session to help prepare yourself for the upcoming Spring 2016 season. Open to grades 3-12, this full day (9 AM - 4 PM) will be a great way to begin training.

2016 OGYLA/OGLA Spring Guide April 10th: OGYLA Select (Youth Only) 2016 marks the fourth year that the OGLYA has offered a select program for the top players in the U-12 and U-14 age bands. The OGYLA Select program is designed as a Sunday only offering to avoid interference with players' spring club program while giving motivated athletes a competitive select team experience. Players in the programs will be selected based on an open tryout with raters. Tryouts
