Map- (Input1or2)ThePCVhastheabilitytoholdtwodifferentbasemaps.YoucanswitchontheflybetweenthesetwobasemapswhenyouconnectaswitchtotheMAPinputs.Youcanuseanyopen/closetypeswitch.Thepolarityofthewiresisnotimportant.WhenusingtheAutotunekit,onepositionwillholdabasemapandtheotherpositionwillletyouactivatethelearningmode.Whentheswitchis“CLOSED”Autotunewillbeactivated.(SettoSwitchInput#1bydefault.)
Shifter- (Input1or2)Notusedforcontinuouslyvariabletransmissions.(SettoSwitchInput#2bydefault.)
Speed- Ifyourapplicationhasaspeedsensorthenyoucantapintothesignalsideofthesensorandrunawireintothisinput.ThiswillallowyoutocalculategearpositionintheControlCenterSoftware.Oncegearpositionissetupyoucanalteryourmapbasedongearpositionandsetupgeardependentkilltimeswhenusingaquickshifter.
Analog- Thisinputisfora0-5vsignalsuchasenginetemp,boost,etc.Oncethisinputisestablishedyoucanalteryourfuelcurvebasedonthisinputinthecontrolcentersoftware.
Crank- DoNOTconnectanythingtothisportunlessinstructedtodosobyDynojet.Itisusedtotransfercranktriggerdatafromonemoduletoanother.
ACCESSORY INPUTS
PCV Wire Connections1. Removetherubberplugonthebacksideofthe
unitandloosenthescrewforthecorrespondinginput.
2. Usinga22-24gaugewire,stripabout10mmfromitsend.
3. PushthewireintotheholeofthePCVuntilitstopsandthentightenthescrew.
4. Makesuretoreinstalltherubberplug.
Note: Ifyoutinthewireswithsolderitwillmakeinsertingthemeasier.

1 Removethefrontbenchseat.Raisethecargobed.
2 Removetheplasticpanelbehindthecab(Fig.A).
3 Removetheentireairboxassembly(Fig.B).
Removethe2boltsatthesides.Loosenthehoseclampsaroundthethrottlebodies.Disconnecthosesandventlinesatthebottom.Theentireassemblycanberemovedasoneunit.
4 SecurethePCVmoduletothestockECU(Fig.C).
Thisislocateddirectlybeneaththedriver’ssideoftheseat.
Youcansecuretheunitwiththestockrubberstrapand/orwiththesuppliedVelcro.CleansurfaceswiththesuppliedalcoholswabbeforeattachingtheVelcro.
5 LocateandunplugthestockCrankPositionSensorconnectorpair.
ThisisaBLACK2-pinconnectorpair,locatednexttotheECU.
6 PlugthePCVwiringharnessconnectorswithBROWNcoloredwiresin-lineofthestockCPSconnectors.

7 SecurethePCVgroundwirewiththesmallringterminaltothestockcommongroundontheenginecase(Fig.D).
8 RoutethePCVwiringharnesstowardsthethrottlebodies.
9 UnplugtheThrottlePositionSensorontheforwardsideofthethrottlebodies.
10 UsethesuppliedPosi-taptoattachtheGREYwireofthePCVwiringharnesstothestockBLUE/BLACKwireofthestockTPSconnector.
11 PlugtheTPSbackinafterattachingtheGREYwire(Fig.E).
12 UnplugthestockwiringharnessfrombothoftheFuelInjectors(Fig.F).

17 PlugthepairofRED/WHITEPCVwiresin-lineoftheFrontCylinderCoilandstock12vwire.
18 PlugtheGREENandWHITE/GREENPCVwiresin-lineoftheFrontCylinderCoilandthestockSignalwire.
19 PlugtheBLUEandWHITE/BLUEPCVwiresin-lineoftheRearCylinderCoilandthestockSignalwire(Fig.J).
Slidetheclearrubberinsulatorsoverallofthesespadeconnectionstopreventshortcircuits.

20 LocatethestockO2sensorinthevehicle’sexhaust.TracethecablefromittoaBLACK4-pinconnectorpair.UnplugthestockO2sensorfromthestockwiringharness(Fig.K).
21 PlugthesuppliedO2Optimizerintothestockwiringharnessin-placeofthestockO2sensor(Fig.L).
ThestockO2sensorwillnolongerbeused.Itcanberemovedfromtheexhaustifdesiredandifyouhaveawaytoplugtheholeintheexhaust.
22 Reinstalltheairbox,thepanels,andtheseat.Lowerthecargobed.
