We undertake a broad range of marine services and projects worldwide and have gained an enviable reputation fortechnical innovation, achieving challenging objectives by using creative and cost-effective solutions.Principle contractor James Fisher Marine Services (JFMS) acted as the project interface for the installation of four subsea cables at the MeyGen tidalenergy project with Mojo Maritime (Mojo), marine management specialists, acting as the project lead that coordinated all offshore activities duringoperations.Mojo was able to apply its innovative, marine project planning system, Mermaid (which precisely simulates marine operations against historical tidaldata), to accurately optimise critical project operations and significantly reduce costs. A short neap window was identified and in order to achieve it,the vessel would have to lay one cable every 12 hours. While ambitious, this schedule was achieved and the offshore operation took just 2.5 days.Mojo Maritime Ltd (Mojo), led the installation of the first Welsh tidal energy generator for Tidal Energy Ltd (Tidal Energy).Working closely with Tidal Energy, Mojo developed the installation plan and managed the specialist services required to complete the works in thechallenging tidal streams experienced in the region. Description : SeaPlanner is a web based marine management tool that is customisable to project requirements, providing complete projectvisibility and control over all site activity. Developed specifically for the Offshore sector by SeaRoc Group, it has been used on over 30 projectsworldwide to date.

Company description (Max. 300 words):

SeaPlanner is primarily a marine management tool. SeaRoc started active development of the system in 2006 after recognising the need for a user-friendly, integrated system for managing project data on offshore wind farm construction and O&M projects. We currently consider ourselves to be themarket leader in offshore wind and we have been on over 30 projects to date, as well as three significant capital dredging projects in Australia withDEME, Van Oord and Dredging International to build new LNG terminals. The system is delivered via a series of ‘modules’. Each module can be usedindependently or combined to provide an integrated management system. It is web-based to allow all approved users access to project data 24/7/365days a year from any location with internet access.

The system is highly customisable to project needs and the suite of modules allows efficient and intuitive control of all spatial (personnel location,asset/vessel location, infrastructure, metocean data, etc.), and non-spatial data (certificates, documentation, training matrices, resource planning, HSErisk/incident logs, etc.) across the project. Also it provides a complete and auditable record of all project information from Day 1.

SeaPlanner has been used by clients such as EDF, E.ON, DONG Energy, DEME, Vattenfall, MeyGen, RWE and Van Oord who have helped us totailor it to their needs, and this has resulted in a range of enhancements, new features and whole new modules. All development has been by our in-house software team with input from mariners, HSE people and engineers. We also provide the hardware needed to integrate with the system such asVHF, VHF Voice Over Internet Protocol or VOIP, AIS, personnel tracking, satcomms, CCTV, radar, remote power systems for all of the above.
