Hodges University Career Services2016-17 Annual Report2
The Office of Career Services developed the 2016-17 Annual Report to demonstrate the accomplishments of the 2016-17 Hodges University graduating class. The mission of Hodges University’s Office of Career Services is to provide services that will enhance the ability of students and graduates to achieve life or career objectives by acquainting them with the skills, resources and experiences that support the ongoing evaluation and pursuit of educational, career and employment opportunities.
Career Services surveyed the 2016-17 graduates and received an 89 percent (knowledge) rate of the 423 graduates. Ninety-three percent of the respondents were working or continuing education. During the 2016-17 academic year, the Office of Career Services posted more than 5,500 jobs for students and alumni on our online job board, College Central. Career Services hosted 14 on-campus employer events with more than 50 employers and provided more than 400 career counseling appointments to almost 300 students and alumni. Career Services is happy to work with enrolled students and alumni to provide resume, job search and interviewing assistance, in addition to career counseling and career exploration.
Sincerely,
