EDUCATION

Evi has a degree in Economics from Aristotelio University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from European University. She is also an approved Mentor from the Oxford Brookes University for students wishing to be awarded the BSc.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Evi worked for different Colleges and Universities in Cyprus as an Administration Officer and as a Head Director.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Evi has been teaching since 2001 in professional courses (ACCA, CAT, Seminars), specializing in Management.

MARIANNA NICODEMOU BSc, ACCA (F1 Nicosia Evening Course) EDUCATION

Marianna has a degree in Public and Business Administration with minor in Management, from the University of Cyprus. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). WORK EXPERIENCE

Marianna worked for several years in a Big Four audit firm, in the Audit & Assurance Department. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Marianna joined Globaltraining in 2016 and has shown great enthusiasm. She specializes in accounting.

GEORGINA ACWORTH BSc, ACCA (F1 Online Course) EDUCATION

Georgina has a first class degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland and is an Associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. WORK EXPERIENCE

Georgina worked in the UK profession for four years in one of the big four audit firms and for one year in Cyprus before leaving to become the Director of a marketing company. She then joined Globaltraining as an assistant manager. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Georgina has been teaching since 2011 for LCCI Accounting exams and professional courses at Globaltraining, specializing in Audit and Management.

Maria worked in the profession in Cyprus for three years and then joined an investment banking and securities brokerage company. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Vasilis completed his ACCA studies at Globaltraining in 2014. He was ranked first in Cyprus for Paper F5 – Performance Management. WORK EXPERIENCE

Vasilis has worked in the industry in an accounting department from 2010 to 2012 and has been working in the profession in Cyprus since 2013. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Adela has a degree in Economic Studies in Foreign Languages from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Adela has over 7 years of experience in audit and financial services. Her working experience covers also domains like performance and variance analysis, planning and budgeting within an important telecommunication company. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Adela is currently deputy director for ACCA & ACA programs at Globaltraining Romania. Adela is specializing in Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance.

ANTONIA SOLOMOU BSc, MSc (F3 Nicosia Evening and Block Release Course)

EDUCATION

Antonia has a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Monetary and Financial Economics from the University of Cyprus. WORK EXPERIENCE

Antonia has been teaching since 2002. She worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Cyprus for two years before joining a private secondary school to work as an economics and accounting lecturer for four years. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Andreas has a degree in Accounting from the European University Cyprus and is an Associate

Andreas achieved a first-time pass in all subjects and was ranked first in Cyprus in the Final ACCA

and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

WORK EXPERIENCE

Georgia currently works in the Tax department of a Big Four audit firm.

KOULLA MICHAELIDOU LLB, LLM (F4 Evening & Block Release Nicosia) EDUCATION

Koulla has an LLB degree from the University of Athens and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Buckingham. WORK EXPERIENCE

Koulla worked for different Law firms in Cyprus and then joined Globaltraining as a Senior Lecturer. She is currently a senior partner in the Law Firm Michaelidou & Constantinou LLC. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Georgia has a degree in Law from City University London (LLB), a Postgraduate Degree in Management from Imperial College London (MSc), holds a Master of Philosophy in Law from City University London (MPhill) and is currently pursuing a Phd in Law. WORK EXPERIENCE

Georgia worked at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels. She was the legal adviser of the Chairman of the Commission for the Protection of Competition in Cyprus and was also engaged by the Ministry of Finance for the drafting of the new Insolvency Regime in Cyprus. She currently works as an internal legal adviser at The Cyprus Development Bank. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Georgia has been teaching since 2007 in professional courses at Globaltraining (ACCA, ACA), specializing in Law. She is also a lecturer at the University of Nicosia teaching Law to undergraduate law students.

ANDI BELDIANOU MSc, ACCA (F5 Online Course) EDUCATION

Andi is an ACCA graduate and MSc in Macroeconomis, currently being trainer and coach, soon

to become an ICF certified coach.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Andi is currently the co-founder and vice-president of the Training and Resources Alfred Adler

Centre in Romania, an organisation that is specialised in personal and organizational

development. Andi has worked for 10 years in a multinational company starting from an entry

level up to a board position, during this period managing the Finance Planning and Business

Analysis department and leading the IT and Project Management Office departments.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Andi has been teaching finance classes since 2008, while in parallel developing his coaching

and facilitating skills in the personal and organizational development.

Odysseus has a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

Kyriacos has a degree in Accounting from York College of the City University of New York, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Kyriacos completed his ACCA studies at Intercollege Globaltraining, and was ranked first in Cyprus in the final ACCA Module F exams. He was also ranked First in Cyprus in the Advanced Corporate Reporting Paper (3.6 now P2).

WORK EXPERIENCE

Kyriacos is a senior full time Accounting Lecturer at Intercollege, a Programme Leader for the BA (Honours) in Accounting and Finance degree validated by Middlesex University, London, UK. He is also the Academic Coordinator and Advisor of the Accounting Department at Intercollege since 1989.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Kyriacos has over 25 years of teaching experience in professional and academic courses at Globaltraining (ACCA , CAT) and has presented countless Seminar hours, specializing in Accounting.

Marinella has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting

Certified Accountants. She is a worldwide Prize Winner of P7 (Advanced Audit and Assurance)

in June 2014, has jointly won First Place in Cyprus for P2 (Corporate Reporting Dec 2013) jointly

Eighth Place in the World, and has been 1st Top Affiliate ACCA December 2014.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Marinella has been working in the profession for 3 years and has also worked as a chief financial Accountant in large multinational organizations for 13 years. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Risk Manager Assurer.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Loizos has over 20 years of experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, Corporate

Governance and Fraud investigations out of which the last fifteen in a managerial position. He is

currently the Director of Corporate Services at Windsor Brokers Ltd.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

In the area of teaching he has presented seminars to over 1000 delegates mainly in Cyprus,

Greece, Romania and the Middle East. He joined Globaltraining in 2014.

Chris is a Graduate of the Maastricht School of Business and has specialized in strategic and HR management. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a certified coach and facilitator. Apart from her strong focus on business and HR, Chris is has a depth of understanding of the fields of social and emotional intelligence and communication. WORK EXPERIENCE

Chris has worked in the EMEA region for over 18 years now in senior management and or consulting roles and as such has a wealth of experience in the area of business analysis. Companies that she has worked with include University of Nicosia, Nokia, Oman NLG, Marfin Bank too mention but a few. She is currently the Managing Partner of Let’s Talk! Human Potential Ltd, a company that specialized in HR optimization and which she founded in 2010. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

She has a long history with Global Training and is a seasoned lecturer of externally examined courses. She has taught strategy and HR related courses for the ifs (Institute of Financial Services), achieving among the highest pass rates in the world. NICOLAS PAPAPANAYIOTOU BSc, MBA, FCCA (P6 – Evening Limassol)

EDUCATION

Nicolas holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Hull (UK). He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

WORK EXPERIENCE

Nicolas is a seasoned tax advisor specializing in corporate and personal taxation. He has over 10 years of solid experience in the fields of national and international tax advisory and compliance.

He has been involved in a number of international corporate restructuring projects and has extensive experience in tax due diligence and international tax planning using Cyprus.

Nicolas serves a range of industries, including energy, shipping, financial services, investment and banking as well as high net worth individuals and frequently represents clients before the Cyprus Tax Department in tax appeals and disputes relating to the interpretation of tax laws.

He is an author of various articles, reports and presentations on Cyprus tax law and on the implementation of EU Directives.

PANTELIS KARONIAS BSc, FCCA (P6 – Evening & Block Release Nicosia)

EDUCATION

Pantelis has a degree in Accounting from the University of Cyprus where he received first prize from the University for the Best Academic Performance for the academic years 1998 to 2002. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Michalis has a degree in Engineering with Business Finance from University College of London, a Master’s of Science in Finance from Imperial College Management School and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Michalis completed his ACCA studies at Globaltraining having achieved a first-time pass in all subjects. Katerina has a Degree in International Economics from Mariupol State University and a Masters

Diploma in International Economics.

Katerina finished her ACCA studies in June 2014 having achieved a first-time pass in all

subjects. She was ranked First in Cyprus for Papers F6 – Taxation and F8 – Audit & Assurance.

She was also ranked First place in Cyprus for P3 in the December 2013 sitting and 1st place

nationally for completing all ACCA exams in June 2014.

Theodoros has a degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University with First Class Honors and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Theodoros completed his ACCA studies at Globaltraining having achieved a first-time pass in all subjects. He was ranked first in Cyprus in two ACCA papers: Corporate and Business Law (P2.2 now F4) Strategic Business Planning and Development (P3.5 now P3) WORK EXPERIENCE

Theodoros worked in the profession in Cyprus for three years before joining Globaltraining where he is now a Senior Lecturer. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
