Staying in the School BuildingAfter Hours•When school is done for the day, students should only be in the school building if they are working with a staff member or part of a group that is scheduled to be in the building after school.•Gyms may only be used if students are supervised by a staff member or a rental user.

Staying in the School BuildingAfter Hours (con’t)•Students may come early for an event at the school, but they should come a reasonable amount early. (15 min early is good, 30 min early max).•While students wait for their event to start, they should stay in an open, well lit area (e.g. the main foyer) where they can be easily viewed by others in the building. Do not go to areas the janitors have cleaned and closed (e.g. don’t go where lights are turned off).

LEADERSHIP PROMOTES GIVING!For the weeks of November 28th – December 9th we will be gathering food for the FCSS Food Bank – bring food to your block 1 class.

Non-perishable items like: • Pasta (canned or dry) and pasta sauces.• Canned and frozen meats and fish.• Meat alternatives (peanut butter, soy, assorted nuts).• Canned goods (beans, soups, and stews).• Dairy (canned, and powdered milk).• Canned vegetables and fruit.• Whole grain cereals.• Infant foods and baby formula.
