Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am happy to have the opportunity to acknowledge both our esteemed honoree, Jeffrey J. McLane, and the incredible institution for which we are raising funds this evening. National Jewish Health is the leading respiratory hospital in the nation. It is changing lives all over the world through compassionate patient care and groundbreaking research. I am grateful that you have chosen to support this work.

I encourage you to page through this program and see all of the supporters who have helped make tonight possible. I would like to extend a special thank you to each of you, as you are generously helping to support the millions of people who suffer from respiratory, cardiac, immune and related diseases.

Again, thank you to all of our supporters and to all of you who were able to attend tonight’s festivities.

Have a wonderful evening!

Dear Friends,

Thank you for being a part of the 2013 Financial Industries Dinner. Your generosity to our organization is greatly appreciated.

Behind the scenes at National Jewish Health, our doctors, researchers, staff and leadership contribute to the success of the institution. Through your attendance tonight, you share in our achievements, ensuring that our physicians can care for all patients regardless of ability to pay, that important programs continue to transform lives and that our scientists make groundbreaking discoveries.

I invite you to visit our campus to see the labs and clinics of our world-class faculty and researchers and talk with them about their current work. The National Jewish Health website is also a resource to stay informed about what is happening at the institution (njhealth.org).

Once again, we are grateful for your support. On behalf of everyone at National Jewish Health, thank you for joining us at the 2013 Financial Industries Dinner. Best regards.

Sincerely,

Michael Salem, M.D.President and CEO

Dear Friends,

Thank you for being a part of the 2015 New York Financial Industries Dinner. We appreciate your support of the institution.

For the talented physicians, researchers and staff at National Jewish Health, the “We Never Say Never®” mindset is at the core of what we do each and every day. Since 1899, we have taken on the toughest medical conditions and most challenging cases – finding answers that change our patients’ lives and making discoveries that advance care for people across the globe.

Our donors have been with us every step of the way. Through your attendance tonight, you accelerate the pace of discovery by providing funding for innovative research and ensure that we can care for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. You also help to educate and train the next generation of leaders in medicine and science through contributions to fellowships and endowments.

I hope you will have the opportunity to visit our campus, where you can see in person what makes National Jewish Health the leading respiratory hospital in the nation. Our website (njhealth.org) is also a resource to learn about our work and the conditions we treat.

Once again, we are grateful for your generosity. On behalf of everyone at National Jewish Health, thank you for joining us at the 2015 New York Financial Industries Dinner. Warm regards.

Sincerely yours,

Michael Salem, M.D.President and CEO

Our Mission since 1899 is to heal, to discover and to educate as a preeminent healthcare institution.

We serve by providing the best integrated and innovative care for patients and their families; by understanding and finding cures for the diseases we research; and by educating and training the next generation of healthcare professionals to be leaders in medicine and science.

Our Vision is to be the international leader in the research and treatment of respiratory, cardiac and immune diseases.

We pursue this vision by pioneering individualized medicine programs which embrace the paradigm shift from reactive medicine to proactive, personalized healthcare. These programs enable us to integrate the provision of outstanding patient care, the conduct of novel basic, translational, and clinical research, and the education of healthcare and research professionals. Through our efforts, we seek to achieve cures for patients who seek treatment and to bring new knowledge and discoveries to help people worldwide.
