INTRODUCTIONSince May 2012 WiN Global has achieved many advancements and updates to help make WiN Global a more effective international network. Over the past two years WiN website has been put in place for regular updating of the membership database and for effective document storage. WiN celebrated its 20th anniversary in Johannesburg during the 2013 WiN Global Annual Conference and the book “20 years of WiN” was published to commemorate and recollect the history of Women in Nuclear. During the 2014 WiN Global Annual Conference, we could focus on radiation application, which helps directly public health. This time is an important era for achieving WiN vision and mission for peaceful use of atomic energy.
As WiN Global is an association of women professionals in the field of nuclear energy and radiation applications, women consider highly their family in health so as to preserve the Earth’s environment in healthy condition too. Now WiN Global Boards proposed ‘Women in Nuclear Declaration for the Earth Climate’ in this 2015 WiN Global General Assembly. This is very symbolic and significant because the place of WiN General Assembly is in the IAEA for ‘23rd WiN Global Annual Conference: Women in Nuclear meet Atom for Peace.’
The 2015 President Report will summarize the details of the WiN Global activities which achieved for a year since 2014 WiN General Assembly in Sydney.
