PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Bio-binder is an asphalt binder alternative made from non-petroleum-based renewable resources, which should not rival any food material, and have environmental and
economical benefits (Peralta et al. 2012)

A direct alternative binder (100% replacement) A bitumen extender (25-75% bitumen replacement) A bitumen modifier (<10% bitumen replacement)
