At Moroder Photography we do it just a little bit different than others around town. We don't run crazy specials to get you in the door and then later have you sit down for a high pressure and high priced sales routine. We detail our services and prices ahead of time so you are in control. Our pricing is set up so that we don’t just get you in the door and surprise you later with pictures that cost a fortune. Look around at other photographers and studios – do you notice most lack the pricing for prints? No surprises here - honesty is our policy. How do we do it? Moroder Photography uses the best studio in town - the outdoors. Why pay for a big studio with all those fake props and expensive square footage with strobe lighting to get a typical “canned” shot like everyone else? The outdoors provides an ever-changing array of backdrops and lighting to make your memorable pictures unique. Services & Prices

We have a different way of charging you for prints and finishes; you pay for our actual services – our time and talent – taking pictures, retouching, and developing professional images. By charging you for our time and talent, you won’t be offered a multitude of “package deals” that results in prints you don’t want or need. Instead, you choose the prints you actually need at our incredibly low prices. Compare our prices and see why you end up paying less and ending up with more! Here it is – a simple three-step process for picking out the session, images retouched, and prints you desire. And no matter which process you choose, be assured that the quality is never compromised.

1 You pick out the type of photo session you believe fits your needs. Remember, all photos are taken outdoors so your images are “Naturally Better.”

SESSIONS FEE INCLUDES

Basic $130 20 minute traditional head & shoulder shots. Standard 165 60 minute session with “Naturally Better” backgrounds. Extended 200 90 minutes allowing for a greater number of poses to choose from. • Session fees based on 10-mile radius of Grafton. • Feel free to ask about any other type of session that you need.

2 You choose from the images (posted on an online proofing gallery) that you would like retouched and eventually printed from. Sorry, WE DO NOT SELL PROOFS as only quality custom prints are available. You choose the images you would like retouched from an online password protected gallery.

3 Check over the final images (posted to an online ordering gallery) and decide exactly what prints you need. Choose whatever you want – no packages to fool you with! This is where it really gets good – check and compare these prices against others. Wow, this is “Naturally Better”!

F.A.Q.’s The following might answer some of the questions you possibly have at this point. If not, please feel free to email (info@moroderphotography.com) or call (262-204-7020) with any questions or concerns you might have. Q: Why do I pay more up front for my session and retouching?

Most photography businesses will do anything to get you in the door, including reducing the price for sessions. Some even offer free sessions during the off-season. The reason they do this is to later sell you prints, usually in a “package” form, with prices that are hugely inflated. We do it just a little different. You pay for our actual services – our time and talent – taking pictures, retouching, and ordering professional images. And when it comes to prints, compare our prices and see why you end up with more – especially on large prints and large orders.

Q: Why no package deals?

Please compare our actual cost for prints with others and you will be amazed. This is where you really save big money. You choose exactly the prints and features you want – you are not locked in to what somebody else thinks you need. Compared to another local photographer, here is an example comparing prints ordered “A La Carte.”

Q: How are you able to offer such low prices?

We have no studio, which we believe is “Naturally Better.” No fake backgrounds shared by numerous clients – each image is unique with more natural lighting. You won’t find a fancy waiting room, but fortunately, you also won’t find that high-pressure sales area either! By staying lean, we pass on the savings to you.

Q: Any discounts on sessions or print orders?

Nope – Sorry! Discounts and specials are usually used by others to only get you in the door and, in the end, you usually end up paying for something you didn’t need or given a slight discount on an over-inflated base price.

Q: I want something you don’t offer – something not listed here?

Just ask. We can put something together for you that will meet your needs.

Q: What if the weather is bad?

If the weather is bad on your initially scheduled session we can reschedule for another day – no charge.

Q: Do you sell proofs?

Sorry, proofs are not available. We only want to deliver the best images (retouched and color-corrected) to all our customers.

Q: What’s the turn-around time for senior pictures?

We don’t take on more than we can handle. Service is important and we know you are anxious to see your images. Normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 days and your images are available for viewing. After viewing, you just pick out the images you want retouched and get ready to order!

Q: Why does my final picture look slightly different then the image did on my computer?

We use calibrated displays when retouching your images. When you view your images at home or work, most likely on an uncalibrated display, you will probably not see a true representation of what your final prints will look like. Calibrated displays are fine-tuned so colors match from display to print.

Q: Why do I have to sign a “model release” form?

Standard industry practice is for photographers to get a written agreement specifying that the subject has given permission to display their images online, in advertising, etc. For those that are under the age of 18, their parent or guardian will be required to sign with them. We respect our customers’ privacy and do not disclose any personal information to outside sources.

Q: Can the photographs from Moroder Photography be copied and reprinted somewhere else like a retail store

photo finisher or my computer printer? Images by Moroder Photography are protected by copyright laws and cannot be used or reprinted without written permission. Since we cannot control the quality of outside photo labs, we do not allow reprinting from scans of our prints. Simply call or email us to order more prints from a previous session. Remember, our print prices are low and ordering more copies is not only easy, but also legal.

Q: Can I get all my images on CD or DVD?

At this time, we do not offer images on disk. We do this so that control of quality can be maintained - we want only the best quality prints made for you from the photographs we take.

Q: What exactly is copyright? Copyright is a form of protection provided by the laws of the United States (title 17, U. S. Code) to the authors of “original works of authorship” which includes photographic images. To maintain quality control of our work, we enforce copyright laws and ask that you comply with them. Illegal use of our images could result in prosecution for copyright infringement.

Q: I’m under 18, do I have to bring a parent along? Yes. Having a parent along helps ensure that both the photos you and they are looking for are taken.

Q: How do I get my senior picture delivered to my high school yearbook? We deliver the picture for you. We actually have to give your school a release to comply with the copyright laws. The release gives the school permission to publish your photo in the yearbook.

Q: Can I use my image on my FaceBook, MySpace, or blog?

Sure can! After prints are ordered and payment received, just ask and we will email you the low-resolution watermarked image(s) that are color-corrected for web use. You will also receive a limited release allowing your use of the digital image(s) online.
