History of Food Package Review
1997 - the workgroup first convened
2002 – as a result of a NAFDPIR resolution, the workgroup was established to serve on an ongoing basis.
Tribal and Federal representatives
Members currently meet about 6 times each year
Workgroup Purpose
Cost neutral improvements to the food package
Consistent with Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGAs)
