Day of Wedding Coordinator services include a 45 minute rehearsal,
ceremony timeline, direct and assist guests to and from the ceremony area,
set up of ceremony décor, access to coordinator’s on-site emergency kit,
hand out personal florals, orchestrate processional & recessional,
make sure your vendors are confirmed and on time to your event,
and provide precision timing for your wedding day.

Remaining balance is due at the rehearsal or day of the final event.
Items you order will receive an invoice and charged direct from your wedding coordinator.
Once a deposit has been received, you will be sent Gannon’s Preferred Vendor List.
