What are companies looking for in a chief?• Large Companies like to hire Chiefs who

have done it before. Small companies can’t necessarily afford to hire a former Chief so are more willing to take a chance.

• Need to have a well-rounded background• Need to have served in a leadership

position (i.e. VP/Director)• Need to be viewed as someone who can be

part of the executive team• FSA generally helps with larger companies,

smaller companies may be OK with ASA.
