In a quest to gain distance and maintain the similar performance characteristics as the YS+ series, the engineers at Graphite Design took the YS+ wood shaft profiles and combined them with the high performance, nano-alloy material technology of the Tour AD DI, also known as “DI Technology”, to create the new YS NanoReloaded wood shafts. Manufactured using 46t premium carbon fiber materials the addition of the DI Technology provides the new YS NanoReloaded with additional stability without the loss of feel.

The YS NanoReloaded wood shafts are available in 50g L, A, R and S Flex, as well as 60g and 70g in R, S and X Flex. They all have a slightly stiffer butt and tip section and the same smooth

center section as the YS+ wood series.

The Graphite Design Tour AD SL-II light weight wood shafts were designed with lower swing speed players in mind. The Tour AD SL-II series consists of two models, the Tour AD SL-II 4 and the Tour AD SL-II 5. Both models are available in two colors choices of either metallic pink or metallic blue. The Tour AD SL-II 4’s weigh 49 grams and are available in RR2 and RR1 Flex. The Tour AD SL-II 5’s weigh 59 grams and are available in R2, R1 and SR Flex. The Tour AD SL-II 4 RR2 and RR1 flex shafts are designed for players with driver swing speeds of up to 70 mph. The Tour AD SL-II 5 R2 and R1 flex shafts would best fit players in the 61-85 mph range and the Tour AD SL-II 5 SR (Stiff Regular) flex shafts are designed for swing speeds in the range of 85 to 95 mph.

Designed and manufactured exclusively at the Graphite Design Japan factory headquarters, the Tour AD GT UT - Utility hybrid shafts are available in six weights of 55g, 65g and 75g in R and S flex, 85g in R, S and X flex, 95g S and X Flex and 105g S and X flex.

The lighter weights of the Tour AD GT UT shafts in 55, 65 and 75 grams are based on a wood shaft profile with a softer yet stable feel and mid torque range. The tip sections are more active to produce a mid/high launch condition and to provide the player with greater distance and accuracy.

The heaver weights of the Tour AD GT UT shafts in 85, 95 and 105 grams are based on an iron shaft profile with a stiffer tip section for a more penetrating ball flight. The stiffer bend profile is designed to promote a mid-launch condition for precise distance control with minimal dispersion.

Available in weights from 50 grams up to 115 grams, the Tour AD-50 weight features a soft flex profile with a low kick point designed for higher ball flight and mid to high spin rate. The Tour AD-65, AD-75 and AD-85 weights feature a mid-kick point designed for a mid/high ball flight and mid spin. The G Series Red wood shafts with X Directional Technology (XDT) are designed to be very adaptable to today’s new head technology. The G Series Red performance characteristics favor a Mid to High launch trajectory in the 40g and 50g weights, Mid launch trajectory in the 60g and 70g weights, Low/Mid launch trajectory in the 80g and 90g weights.

X Directional Technology (XDT) incorporates the use of the already proven Graphite Design MSI (Material Stiffness Integration) design method as well as this new and unique application of graphite fiber alignment throughout the shaft structure. During the development phase of (XDT), measurable performance gains were discovered through a more balanced distribution of the graphite fibers within the plies of the shaft design. This proprietary application of (XDT) has made the new G Series the most balanced, versatile high performance golf shaft available today.

RED

The G Series Silver shaft with X Directional Technology (XDT) is the 2nd generation of the G-Series wood shaft line. Available in two weight categories of 60 grams in Regular, Stiff and X-Stiff flexes and 70 grams in Stiff and X-Stiff flexes, the new G-Series Silver wood shafts were designed with a stiffer tip section and will offer lower launch and lower ball spin characteristics than the G-Series Red models.
