Methodology

Objectives. Gather information from freshman students about

• first-year experience• academic environment • extracurricular activities • satisfaction with services provided at the university • expectations for upcoming academic year

Conducted: During April 21 –May 5, 2014

245 (65.2%) out of 376 freshmen participated in the survey.

Thirty-seven (37) partially completed surveys were excluded. Response rate of 55.3%
