Room temperatures in meeting facilities may vary. Please
wear layers for your comfort. There will be NO SMOKING
allowed at any time during the conference or associated
activities.

The conference venue is located in Santa Fe, a short drive
from Albuquerque and Bernalillo. There are many activities
and attractions in the area and we encourage you to extend
your stay and enjoy some leisure time before or after the

All registration is online at www.NMNPC .org. Non-members may join at the time of registration to
enjoy the discounted member rate. Student members receive an additional discount.

The conference registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks for all registrants. The fee also
includes an opening reception Sunday evening and dinner on Monday evening. Registrants who
wish to bring a guest to either event may purchase an additional ticket ($20 for the reception and $65
for the dinner). Up to 8.0 contact hours of continuing education will be offered.
Registration refunds will be considered at the discretion of NMNPC for emergency situations only.
Refund requests must be received by email notification to [email protected] prior to October 26.
If issued, refunds will be for the amount paid minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be
issued after Monday, October 26, 2015.

All speakers must disclose any conflicts of interest and/or intent to discuss off-label use of a commercial product and will announce any such disclosure prior to the relevant presentation.
Additional Information
Handouts will be available for download from the NMNPC
website as speakers make them available prior to the conference.
If you want hard copies, please download and print them prior
to the conference. Although there will be Wi-Fi available, the
conference committee highly recommends downloading
handouts prior to the conference due to potential heavy use
causing connectivity problems.
