A study of bouncing electromagnetic forces off of a crystal-line structure and measuring the response energy revealed an anomaly referred to as the Linear Magneto Effect. Am-plification of the anomaly has resulted in a solid foundation of understanding of a new energy platform that washes the anomalies found from Cold fusion to Stan Meyers into the history books. Extensive validated lab time, has been devot-ed to studying the effects and using this new form of energy now designated as Linear Paul Magnatizum... using the spelling change in ‘magnetic’ to denote gravitational wave.

Linear Paul Magnatizum is used in the HydroMe Truefuel cell to create BlewMe Fuel. BlewMe is organically grown from saltwater to grow a high lipid oil algae on demand and to change the frequency chain to grow elements isolated from each other. These are effects of cold fusion and pulse electrolysis already. What this researcher has done is to turn on the ‘off time’ all the time. A working cell and other hard-ware will be at the conference!

An energy milestone by Kure Tekkosho in the 1970’s, the Spiral Magnetic Motor can accelerate a magnetized rotor through 90% of its cycle with only permanent magnets. However, the Japanese company used old ferrite magnets with a weak coercive force and an additional electric coil defeating the purpose of the motor design. Therefore, its Magnetic Wankel was not a successful attempt at a self-powered motor. The principle behind the motor is a mag-netic gradient analogous to gravity where a steeper hill pro-vides higher speeds for vehicles going downhill.

The radial magnetic field increases then decreases in strength as the rotor turns thru one cycle. Electromagnetic switching has been used to help the rotor traverse the gap between the beginning and end of the magnetic stator arc.Alternative magnetic pulse and switching designs have been developed, as well as strategic eddy current creation. This work focuses on the switching mechanism, novel magnetic pulse methods and advantageous angular momentum improvements.

For the first time before a public audience, Paul will briefly recount a few highlights of his experience with domed craft. It will include a summary of the proposed physical concepts that are essential for a domed craft to operate in extraordi-nary ways. Through consultation with physicists, engineers, and Betty Luca’s testimony, Potter refined the detailed and dynamic graphic images in his book to come up with a con-ceptual model for propulsion based on fluid dynamics. The electromagnetic process outlined is not one wholly familiar as it manipulates a graduated spectrum of electro-magnetic power––governed by a graduated strength of the coupling parameter alpha. This graduated spectrum influ-ences all matter, energy potency, and time––it even governs that elusive branch of electromagnetic interactions known as gravitational force. Historically there have been claims and demonstrations of free energy sys-tems that exhibit dynamic counterbary (antigravity) as a by-product of their operation. The vacuum, far from being empty, is a seething plenum of sub-microscopic white/black holes pop-ping in and out of existence millions of times a second, channeling electric-flux in and out of our dimension of physical reality. The phenomenon of gravitation is due to a converging flux of “Ultra-mundane particles” or what used to be called over a century ago: Lumineferous Ether.

Nikola Tesla, who lit the world over a century ago, envisioned a giant cigar-shaped aircraft that would fly with no moving parts. Hubbard‘s ap-paratus powered a small boat around a bay which levitated occasionally dur-ing demonstrations. Later, TT Brown proved electricity and gravity were related with his patented apparatus, which I demonstrated publicly in Reno NV (June 2000). If you take two magnets and put them next to each other, they appear to pull themselves together. Then you can flip one over and then they appear to push themselves apart. Dannel threw out the standard magnetic teaching of lines of forces and replaced them with a new theory of moving par-ticles. It became mechanical which can be demonstrated with models. In this seminar Dannel will use large scale,

working models to show how magnets work with his theory.

Start with particles spinning in a circle, then add particles spinning at 90° an-gles, finally the torus structure appears. Then put two magnets or torus struc-tures side by side, and it will be easy to see that magnets push themselves together and push themselves apart. If you understand how a boomerang works you understand this theory.

This can help in our quest to under-stand the universe. Magnets and the torus structure are part of the answer. Who knows, do magnets work on the solar scale? the galactic scale? the univeral scale? Who knows, with the knowledge from this seminar, you may be the one to answer these questions.

Most of these patents dealt with hydrogen from water and running a standard car engine on that hydrogen, made on demand. A controversial fig-ure, Stan died a sudden, bizarre death on March 20, 1998.
