Bulk Master

Now a proven method of unloading bulk materials directly from an enclosed tractor trailer is available. Live bottom trailers and non live bottom trailers can be used. A special new material can be pulled by a roller to automatically unload materials directly from the trailer into the “Bulk Master” receiving hopper.

This machine is capable of handling bales that are 4'x4'x8' Tall. You can process compressed bales of peat moss and premixed soils. 10 H.P. Shredding Drums 2 H.P. Variable speed conveyor Pull’s decompressed material out of the machine.

Pallet lift plate on rear of the machine. Load a sky scraper bale no problem with a pallet jack. No need for a fork lift! We manufacture processors with capabilities of 45 Cubic Yards per hour up to 90 Cubic yards per hour.

EZ Potter Potting Machines

We have redesigned our Potting machine range to make it into an easy to use and easy to work on machine. With a slick design and heavy duty construction, you will be filling pots from 1 to 15 gallons depending on which model you get, for a long time! Servo motors power the drill mechanism as well as the indexing conveyor belt. Linked together eliminating the need for mechanical push arms, cams and pot holders. Dual soil returns in the conveyor belt to cut down on soil spillage. It is user friendly and can be learned in 20 -30 minutes. Now a simple solution and a low maintenance machine.

A low profile hopper for easy loading, available in both four (4) cubic yards and none (9) cubic yard capacity. The unique shape of the hopper needs no agitation to assist in soil flow. The chain conveyor delivers a positive flow for uninterrupted production. The use of Logic Programmable Controls (LPC) for variable speed soil control on both the hopper and pot filling conveyor.

Continuous soil mixing system is designed to give you a con-tinuous supply of soil mixed to your specific needs. With this system, you can mix any number or any combination of materials, all with the push of a button.

ICM 4 yard Soil Mixer

The YJ1 and YJ2 Soil Mixers are guaranteed to mix any combination of materials including sand, peat, wood shavings, soil and your chemicals and fertilizers. The mixers have spi-ral agitation, quick mixing time, are self-cleaning,. Can be fitted with tires and a tongue for moving in the field. Soil return, flat and pot filling attachments available.

A high production machine for mixing nearly all types of soil. It is faster than a spiral mixer and more compact than continuous soil mix sys-tems. The ICM-4 has a rear door for hand loading bag materials or peat moss bails.

CoirBuster Range

We have developed a machine that will break compressed coir bricks, bales or slabs apart. Some refer to this product as coconut coir, coir pith, or coco peat. It has been successfully used with compression rates of 4-1 all the way up to 10-1 ratios. The process is gentle and simply rubs the coir apart in a dry state. Water is added on the exit of the machine through water bars in the auger.

1. Coirbuster Industrial system. Comes with brick feeder and 20 foot x 14 inch hydration auger, process 5 tons per hour

2. Coirbuster 1 only, process 2 tons per hour. 3. Coirbuster 1 with 10 foot hydration auger,

process 2 tons per hour. 4. Coirbuster 1 with brick feeder, hydration

auger, feed conveyor for feeding bricks at 1 ever 8 seconds, 2 tons per hour.
