The average temperature in November is between 24°C to 31°C. 1. Sanctioning Body IWWF Asia 2. Organizer Thailand Extreme Sports Association (TESA) 3. Entry Conditions & Administration Only paid-up member federations of IWWF Asia are qualified to participate in the 2015 IWWF Asian Waterski & Wakeboard Championships. All athletes must be entered by their respective Federations, including individual athletes. 4. Entry fee Entry fee for each athlete will be USD150.00. This includes airport and venue transfers, lunch on competition days and fee for the Opening & Closing Ceremony Dinners. Entry fees must be paid in cash during registration before the event begins. Currency is in US Dollars. 5. Non-Athletes Opening Dinner and Banquet Final Night Party / On-Site Meals The price for non-athletes to attend both the Opening and Closing Ceremony Dinner will be total USD20.00 per head (buffet and beverages included). Kids Eat for Free. The cost on-site lunch for non-athletes is USD6.00 per person per day. Please contact the Organisers in advance to make arrangements. 7. Airport Transfers The organising committee will arrange transportation for teams and officials from the Bangkok International Airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport <BKK>) to the Official Hotel, which is a 32.4 km (40 minute) drive away. b. Transfers for Non-Athletes The fee for Return Airport Transfers and Venue Transfers (competition days) for non-Athletes is USD35.00 per person. c. Transfers for Unofficial Practice USD15.00 per person return (Athletes and Officials) 8. Liability The Thai Extreme Sports Association, the IWWF Asia and the organizing committee of the 2015 IWWF Asian Championships, do not accept any liability for damage to persons, materials or property against competitors, technical officers, judges, official helpers and other persons. All competitors take part at their own risk in every respect even if they are engaged out of the competition, e.g. in any additional program. With their entry in the competition they give up any claim for instances of loss of any kind arising indirectly or directly during this event. Participants should take out private accident insurance besides their health insurance. Damage to third parties (e.g. spectators) is insured only within the limits of the organizer’s liability. Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon registering and provide evidence of adequate personal accident insurance.
