Julia Huynh Lincoln senior libero Played excellent defense with 418 digs and received 548 serves with a better than 90 percent success rate. 2015 ALL-CS8 VOLLEYBALL Kiley Brunstein Jacksonville sophomore outside hitter Was the Crimsons' leader in kills with 180, while receiving 322 serves with a nearly 85 percentage. She added 66 digs and 35 blocks and is one part of a talented sophomore tan- dem to watch for JHS. Maria Cline Lanphier senior outside hitter/defen- sive specialist Wrapped up an underappreciated career with 225 kills, 28 aces and 16 blocks while providing the Lions tons of grit. Was a big part of the Lions' step forward the past two seasons. Cassidy Dooley Rochester sophomore setter/right- side hitter Led the Rockets with 622 assists in 78 sets, averaging eight per game. But she was also versatile, recording 140 digs, 109 kills, 48 blocks and 21 service aces. Kori Hayes Chatham Glenwood senior outside hitter Led the team with 137 kills and totaled 119 digs and a team-high 237 serv- ice receptions with an 89.4 percentage. She added 30 aces and 15 blocks. Kaylyn Hoffert Lincoln senior outside hitter Made a strong case for Player of the Year with 342 kills for the CS8 runner-up Railers. She finished with 219 digs, 137 points, 36 aces and 33 blocks. She put away nearly half of her kill opportunities at 46.7 percent. Emma Hopkins Sacred Heart- Griffin senior outside hitter Was a vital piece of the CS8's undefeated champion record- ing 228 kills, 162 digs, 50 aces and 49 blocks while receiving 384 serves. Megan Lewis Sacred Heart- Griffin senior middle hitter Was part of the Cyclones' terrific front line, adding depth to go along with her 99 kills and 61 blocks. Her blocks and her 39 aces were both second on the team. Madalyn Mann MacArthur senior outside hitter Was second in the CS8 with 303 kills, added 227 digs and 46 aces in 85 sets played in the Generals' second season in the conference. Jakya Peeler MacArthur sophomore setter Had a terrific season with 315 assists, 147 kills, 130 digs and 52 service aces, proving she was an important piece to the Generals anywhere on the court. Angela Perry Rochester junior middle hitter Was the CS8's block leader with 105 and led the Rockets with 220 kills. While basketball is her No. 1 sport, she is poised for an even bigger volleyball season next year. Brook Soebbing Lincoln senior middle hitter Her 52 blocks led the Railers while 139 kills put her second overall. She also finished with 85 digs. Kari Wilhelm Springfield High senior middle hitter With 171 kills, she was second on the team but led the Senators with 54 blocks and 37 aces. She added 111 digs to her sea- son-long effort. Annie Urbance SHG junior setter/outside hitter An all-around threat for the Cyclones in any position on the floor, she led the team in kills with 257, was second in assists — also with 257 — and came up with 155 digs, 33 aces and 25 blocks. And she was capable of turning a match with a few of her well-timed kills. Shae Upton Jacksonville sophomore middle blocker Was second in the CS8 in blocks with 100 and finished with 168 kills — both numbers which should only go up in her next two seasons. Playing for a pro- gram with a proud history, the Crimsons have a solid sopho- more foundation in place. Eilise Cummins Sacred Heart- Griffin senior middle hitter The CS8 Player of the Year stepped up when the stakes were the highest, taking over many matches late. She was second on the team in kills with 239 but at a far better rate than anyone else and her block total of 89 was best on the team and third in the con- ference.     Had 112 kills, 42digs and 40blocks and successfully servedover 95 percent on the season,finishing with 88 points on 206serves.

    BrookSoebbingn Lincoln seniormiddle hitter

    Her 52 blocks ledthe Railers while 139 kills puther second overall. She alsofinished with 85 digs.

    Kari Wilhelmn SpringfieldHigh seniormiddle hitter

    With 171 kills, shewas second onthe team but led the Senatorswith 54 blocks and 37 aces.She added 111 digs to her sea-son-long effort.

    AnnieUrbancen SHG juniorsetter/outsidehitter

    An all-around threat for theCyclones in any position onthe floor, she led the team inkills with 257, was second inassists — also with 257 — andcame up with 155 digs, 33 acesand 25 blocks. And she wascapable of turning a matchwith a few of her well-timedkills.

    Shae Uptonn Jacksonvillesophomore middle blocker

    Was second inthe CS8 in blockswith 100 and finished with 168kills — both numbers whichshould only go up in her nexttwo seasons. Playing for a pro-gram with a proud history, theCrimsons have a solid sopho-more foundation in place.

    EiliseCumminsn Sacred Heart-Griffin seniormiddle hitter

    The CS8 Player of the Yearstepped up when the stakeswere the highest, taking overmany matches late. She wassecond on the team in killswith 239 but at a far betterrate than anyone else and herblock total of 89 was best onthe team and third in the con-ference.
